These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Klaipėda, Lithuania. However, this shall not prevent us from bringing any action in the courts of any other jurisdiction for injunctive or similar relief.

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the EU Member State in which you are domiciled, and we may bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are domiciled.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by EquiLead Balance of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of EquiLead Balance to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
